The success of planning a laboratory is measured by how well, and for how long the facility will fulfill the requirements of the users. Function and efficiency, as well as adaptability for the future, are key elements in the planning process. It is much easier and far more economical to make changes on paper instead of concrete and steel after the facility is built. Few people have more than one opportunity during their career to plan or renovate a new laboratory. We do it everyday and our experience can be invaluable.
